Our foundation is governed by our Trustees and run by our dedicated and enthusiastic team who have a range of experience in different sectors.
I am a Co-founder of Work-wise and as Chief Executive am responsible for the strategic planning and day to day operational performance of the Charity. My role involves everything from representing the organisation to strategic and financial planning to designing, developing and delivering many of our activities, supporting young people and employers. I am also Chair of the Get up to Speed with STEM Regional Showcase event.
My role involves working closely with employers and young people to ensure they get the best experience possible. I help young people with work experience and career advice as well as delivering our many programmes such as our Employability Academy, What Employers Want days and much more.
I am Programme Coordinator and have worked for Work-wise for approximately 2 years. My role involves collating information for our programmes, producing graphs to enable us to see the success of our courses, contacting schools and companies, dealing with course correspondence and general support for the team.
My role covers all aspects of marketing including event planning, content creation and social media. I also regularly speak with businesses and schools to figure out how we can work together.
My role involves creating new partnerships seeking new opportunities and bringing innovative new programs to the team in order to deliver exciting and engaging interventions into a variety of school settings.
