We can help young people in a number of ways, helping to get you ready as an individual for the world of work and introduce you to opportunities available.
Our Employability Academy programme is aimed at young people looking to broaden their understanding of the world of work that awaits them after education. Each programme is four days long held during the summer holiday allowing attendees to enhance their knowledge by getting practical experience working on a project supported by local employers.
This is also available to be delivered virtually.
Each event is designed on a bespoke basis for every group but typically follows the following programme:

The day concludes with self-reflection, self-assessment, and personal development planning. A fantastic initiative to prepare you for applying for jobs and interviews which will also look great on your CV.
