Our academy gives students the opportunity to gain and improve upon key skills and personal attributes that employers are looking for – readying them for the world of work.
Our fun and interactive programme is designed for students aged 14-18 who are eager to get a head start and prepare for adult life and a successful career.
Are you keen to work in the engineering or manufacturing sector? This programme will help you gain an insight into the various roles and opportunities within the sector:
Our two-week training programme will be followed by a two-week work experience opportunity for those successfully completing the training.
We frequently run mentoring programmes which can help you as an individual learn more about the world of work in a particular sector.
